It seems to me the kitchen was slower then usual.I don’t think the restaurant was that busy.

The service was excellent. The he food was prepared to our satisfaction. The restaurant is always clean.

Food tastes good, eggs are prepared properly without water or steam. Coffee is fresh and hot

Because they have excellent menu choices and in each of tge Shari’s I have been in, the staff is always efficient and good at their jobs.

The staff at this location are always welcoming and the atmosphere is nice. I love the Cinnamasation French Toast and have no problem when I order it without the caramel sauce (even for a sweet tooth, it's too much for me!). It's nice to know that we have a consistent experience whenever we come here.

Very friendly staff. Desirable menu items...love the holiday specials. You have a really nice staff at the Totem Lake restaurant.

Our server Hillary was very friendly and welcoming. Order was accurate and arrived hot. The hostess/cashier was also friendly.
