When we were served one of our meals (biscuit's and Gravy) I started to cut one of the biscuit's and it fell off the plate and onto the floor. Our server ordered up a new order at no charge, even though the accident was my fault.

My waitress had over 40 chairs out and was on alone, and she handled the entire meal with a table of 12 phenomenally .

Once arrived we were attended to immediately - which I love. The young gal with the blonde hair sat us down, she was kind through out the whole visit and our main waitress was Ashlynn; she was awesome! She was knowledgeable about the food and gave a great suggestion. Anyway will be returning for breakfast soon!

I went in yesterday night for a beer, and some wings. I never really go to sharis due to bad experiences in the past. Some of the serves didn't seem to want to be around people. In addition the food was somewhat alright. However last night when i went it was 10xs better then previous times. The serves were fast, friendly, knowledgeable of our visit. Mathy many often came and asked if we were okay, if we needed refills, or napkins. Little things like that really makes the experience cool because we didn't feel rushed. In addition Bobbie stopped by a few times both servers were hard working ladies, that take pride in their job! You guys need more worker like them both

because we were being ignored and the server came in and started getting things moving

me and my mother eat at your fine place at least once a month,mom dose not eat much but she sure likes your food and the service is great we just love your employee theresa s she always has a smile on her face and something to say its a nice way to start a day.

The food was great. The whole pie we took home was excellent! I am enjoying the results of completing the survey each visit—cinnamon rolls!!

The wait staff was wonderful and all the customers seemed to be having a pleasant experience as we did also. The food was great as always and correctly cooked to order and it looked beautiful when it arrived.

We always have a great experience at our sharis.We love seeing Ladettra back! Manager Cindy is always out working with the girls this is just a great team. Go Walla Walla you are ALL the bee's knees.
