Would love to have some vegan options.

They had run out of prime rib, but got me a replacement order right away and it came out on time.

Our server was the first one in many restaurant visits in which my water glass was re-filled without being asked! We tipped her $5.00 because of that!

We have always been greeted by friendly staff.The staff has always been friendly and knowledge able about the menu. They remember us from our other visits.

Regular menu omelet seemed too big, but senior portion more suitable. Sr. menu did not offer preferred selection, but manager approved waitress request to modify entrée to suit. My sincere thanks for the extra step taken in customer service.

waitress very attentive. waitress bantered with us and was very pleasant. we always stop at this shari's, at least twice a month,your employees are all the same, very attentive and polite.

The server tonight and at other times have been great! I asked to have my panckakes come a bit after my protien main courses and they all handled that perfectly. This makes the overall experience much better. But all of the servers and managers at this location are first rate. And I am a retired business owner, I know!
