The food quality and selection is FAR superior to our local Shari's restaurants in Hillsboro Oregon. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Nicole was so friendly and efficient! We came in with a large group late at night and she had no problem keeping track of our orders and requests.

It was quite busy, with a wait list for four tables, and only one server on duty on the floor along with (I think) a manager. Both kept things moving smoothly, with good humor. A couple of folks left when they realized there would be a wait, but the staff remained calm and focused the entire time. No pulling of faces, or disgruntled looks. Just good, positive service - as always.

Niccole was very helpful over the phone I had no menu so she helped me chose our meals. She gave us a complementary drink and greeted me with a warm smile, the restaurant was full and she took the time to walk me out... I'll definitely be back... ;)

Shari's is our favorite spot to eat. We love the servers and the Managers there. Scottie is usually our server she is just a kind sweet lady, she interacts with our children so well. We love Bret and Cindy the managers they are always friendly and helpful to not only the guests but also their employees. It is such a joy to come in and see the interaction between all the people. We love Shari's!!
