I liked a lot of things about it, but restaurant too cold, not enough servers for all the guests, should have offered condiments to go with the French fries (no ketchup given)

The staff did not have enough help for the number of us in restaurant. They did a great job those that were working.

It was cold, no heat. Bacon too crisp.

Ashlynn was the best server that I've ever had At sharri's. She greeted me as soon as I came In . Very attentive to all my needs .....

The food was incredibly mediocre. The only reason I haven't put that I was dissatisfied throughout the entire survey is because both times we've been there, the waitress (Jennifer?) Was awesome. Super friendly. The only above mediocre aspect of the restaurant. Jennifer deserved a raise. You probably don't pay her enough.

The item ordered did not resemble what was on the menu, it looked more like raspberry pulp poured on the pancakes which had a burnt - than raspberries and was not sweet but very tart. My husband's blueberry topped pancakes were better, sweeter and looked like the menu item except they were also burnt

excessive noise and clatter from bussing of the tables

Overall was satisfied with the experience. Waitress was very busy with all her customers however took care of us as soon as she could.

I wasn't highly satisfied because my experience wasn't astonishing. It was as expected. So my feelings for the restaurant were only satisfied.
