hash browns undercooked

They where a little bizzy so it took alittle time to obtain a seat.Other than that my service was great.

Ask the waitress to bring me some more water she took too long to bring some more water not very happy about the service

There was a jerk old man two tables over harassing my waitress for nearly 15 minutes about a simple bill mistake that the waitress and two managers bent over backwards to fix. Ruined the atmosphere and management should have been more supportive if my waitress as well as resolve the issue quicker and get him out if the restaurant.

The heat is to low

Food was delicious. Service was great. Will be back again.

Server did not bring the beer I ordered. Server not friendly, had an "I don't care" attitude. Food was not hot, just barely warm.

I asked for another piece of rye bread since I had leftover jam (which was delicious). The server brought me a two slice serving and charged me something like $2.86. I thought that was unfortunate.

wait to be seated was longer than necessary given the time of the evening I was there. thats my only complaint regarding service.

There was only one waitress. She had too many people the wait on. She did the best she could but needed help. She was running the cash register along with all the other duties she had to do.
