wait people used for greeting and seating and they are always busy waiting on customers already seated.

Somehow, atmosphere not the same as other Shari's we frequent in Oregon and Tri-Cities as is the quality, quantity and presentation of the orders.

We purchased the 2 for $30 Valentine's Day Surf & Turf meal. The food was good. Our server did an excellent job. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if there was a green type vegetable included with the meal! Green beans, or broccoli, or a small dinner salad would have been a nice touch. At least we would have felt that we were having something that would add a health touch to the meal!

Everything was OK, nothing stood out for excellence, so I was satisfied but not ecstatic. I would have loved to be able to have what I wanted, and the salad was so bitter that a boat load of salad dressing wouldn't have been able to mask it. So, all in all, the experience was satisfactory but not over the moon.

price of coffee too high for me. I am a one-cup person. May I suggest a lower (half) price for one-cuppers like me. Your current price keeps me from coming more often. Thank you.

It took a long time for the waiter to greet us and take our order. coffee did not come until after food was served.
