Shari's

Service was slow and after I ordered it took a long time to receive. I don't think I have ever had to cut my hotcakes with a steak knife before. The hotcakes were soft on top and hard as a brick on the bottom. The country fried steak was so hard I could break it apart instead of cutting.

I don't eat out often and chose Shari's today. I was looking forward to the country fried steak and eggs but the flavor of the gravy was anything but "country". It was sweetish and flat tasting. And I have no clue what it was they sprinkled on top.

The server didn't check back very often. After she brought water I asked for a small cup with water and a lid for my grand daughter. It too way to long for her to bring it. Also, the sandwich was very dry and bland. I really loved the Marion berry pie though.

Felt rushed by the waitress. As if I didn't order enough to be able to stay and do paperwork . It was 3am, not like it was packed. Also didn't appreciate her conversation with other staff.

The person who was suppose to greet us really didn't. He was silent when we try interact with him he seemed aloof and far away. The restaurant was not clean...our menus had something sticky on them the salt and pepper shakers were sticky too. There dead flies in the window seal where we were sitting.

My friend and I were having a birthday lunch. We ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered the bot salad and pie. My half sandwich had one piece of bacon and the lettuce was wilted. The salad and pie was good. Also since the last time I had lunch there the price went up. Thank you

The breakfast cinnama? was burned on the bottom. The hashbrowns were overcooked, looked like they'd been sitting for quite awhile. The steak was very small, and not warm, flavorless really. This was the first time almost "everything" was this bad. We usually eat there about twice a Quarter.

We visit Walla Walla Wa. Shari's as we do VA appointments there. We have been dissatisfied but were willing to give them a chance. I ordered a sandwich like a turkey club, which I couldn't get. The toast was burnt. My salad had moldy cucumbers. The lettuce was limp. My husband's fish and chips was old and greasy. I had to ask twice for a refill on my drink. The waitress acted like she didn't know why I complained. I have a Shari's card but it never works like We will never return to this Shari's.

Simple breakfast order, eggs over medium, bacon crispy. Eggs were cooked hard hidden under pancakes, bacon was still white and under cooked, not even close to crispy but I was tired, hungry and didn't care at that point. Server was good but I didn't complain to her. Sometimes it isn't worth the extra time to make a complaint and I am not one to complain very often. We are regulars to Sharis in Nampa, Idaho but will reconsider. Money was not spent wisely for this meal. My wife's hamburger was find tho.

the quality of the food, the lack of waitresses , and the PRICE is becoming just too too much for we seniors on limited income. $2,27 for a cup of coffee....not any more for me and the same for a glass of milk....that adds to much to our bill. Matt did very well with a full restaurant this morning with no other wait help...and a full rrestuarant of customers.
