Your servers are always gracious and smiling and your pies and coffee are always fresh and delicious!

The food is delicious. The employees are very friendly. It doesn't take very long to get my meal.

Pleasant outward building appearance. Convenient location. Pleasant decor. Staff always personable and professional. Pies have excellent taste and texture.

No matter what Shari's we have been too, we never have any issues, with staff, over the fact that both my wife and I are accompanied by Service Dogs. They always find us a place where the dogs have room to relax, even if it means using a 4-top instead of a 2-top. In some cases they have even brought a take out soup bowl and a glass of water -telling us that while they cannot legally give the dogs water, what we do with the water and bowl is up to us. Other than this, once we are seated, your staff completely ignore the dogs. YOu may not realize this, but this is not only unusual but highly appreciated.

The item we wanted was available. Sharis is open late. Food tasted good.

The waitress was very kind and went the extra mile to help with what we wanted. The meal we had tonight was one of the best we have had at Sharis. It was so good, we wanted to just eat slow and enjoy.it all.
