I think that I should be able to rate Sharis without someone in your company wondering why I rated some areas, Highly Satisfied. The company needs improvements in the areas that didn't get Highly Satisfied and after that happens the whole survey will be HIGHLY SATISFIED.

Location of this store is convenient for us, good parking, and usually not too crowded, so that we can get quick service.

I was satisfied because of the great attitude of my server, Jenn Burton, and how fast our food was. It tasted very good, and was cooked to perfection.

This Shari's restaurant has improved over the last couple of years. It's now one of my favorite places to visit. I'll definitely be back again soon.

Ryan (259140) gave us exceptional service and checked back frequently to ensure everything was to our liking. He kept our water glasses refreshed and inquired about refiils of our main beverages without being intrusive. Excellent server!!
