Good food, good service

A pleasant Saturday evening dinner before going to a concert.

We had a comfortable booth for the 5 of us adults. Our "waitperson" engaged us in humorous conversation, seemed very experienced with serving diners and with representing Shari's; she unhesitatingly corrected an of steak that was underdone to one of our party's desire; she fine-tuned our orders until we knew we had what we would best enjoy. My and my spouse's food was tasty, and I had another meal's worth that I took home afterwards. Our "waitperson" counseled me about signing up for the Shari's club - I needed a bit more explanation as I didn't have a smartphone with me to investigate it.

waitress Jen was on top of her game with it being free pie night. She made sure all her tables were satisfied with what they ordered and keep everyone up with their drinks and has a great sense of humor. We waited longer for the food to be served due to the packed tables. So it must of been harder for Jen to make sure everyone was being served the best she could with the wait time for their food. We will differently be back and ask to sit in her area.

everything was better than expected and in the food/service industry this is not as easy as one would think

I like people that work here

We had breakfast and the meals were prepared perfectly wht way we asked for them. The bacon was crisp like we asked.

Kristina did great serving my and my burger was great. Not to mention her hair looked extra cute today ;)

Been going there frequently and enjoy through food and wait staff.
