Candy resolved the problem. Management left Candy alone on this Sunday morning without seating or serving assistance. The host should have been on duty. At least one additional server should have been on duty. It was obvious that Candy was expected to do too much--seating people, providing menus, filling water glasses, offering coffee, taking orders, delivering orders, checking on tables, asking if customers wanted anything additional, providing checks, and all the other niceties. Too much for one person. Penalizes the server who is the only one to take the blame. Please provide assistance for Candy and any other Shari's employee who is being treated unfairly. Kristina was so friendly and conversational without being chatty. She frequently looked over to see if we seemed to need anything, stopped at our table occasionally just to check on us and remembered to bring all of our additional requests like creamer or extra sauce. We are not big dessert eaters but she did suggest we save room for pie.

Ryan usually is my waiter and he is always friendly and awesome! He is quick and very knowledgeable about the menu. :)
