Ryan Palmer gave us fantastic service. He is friendly, and personable. Overall a great experience.

Good service and the food was a great value for the money.

Server was great and, of course, the pie was wonderful. I have leftovers for another meal at home. Yippee.

We know the highest rating in a survey is viewed as the only acceptable score - at most retailers like Sears . . . . so if our experience was positive - provide highest score. We enjoy the South Salem Shari's and being seniors we always get a good value for our dollar. I personally appreciate employees with a friendly personality and training by Shari's to treat people respectfully. Our server this night: Erica was friendly, helpful and knew what she was doing. The food arrived as ordered - it was hot and Erica checked back with us to ask if we needed anything. Finally, we like the idea of servers wearing presentable clothes - and we don't see any tattoos, nose piercings and other 'young folks' body decorations. Keep up those standards. Compliments to the South Salem Sharis.

Ryan was my server because I request him every time he's there. He's always so happy and he knows all about the menu. He deserves a raise!! Everyone there is very nice but, in my opinion, Ryan is the best!!!!

Are server Ryan is always on top of things. He always greets us with a warm smile and is extremely good at what we like and don't like on our food.

My server Kristina 267033 was excellent. She was so friendly and efficient. Were coming back because of her.
