The waiters were very sweet!!!

We were highly satisfied mostly because Ryan is such a great server. He is very attentive and always remembers what we like to order. I even get extra ice in my water. We have seen many great managers at this store, but wonder why you keep the current one who is driving all the good employees away. If the rest of the good ones leave, we will be gone, too.

I thoroughly enjoyed having my breakfast at Sharis. From the moment I came in until I checked out, the staff and whole experience was awesome. My waitress Karen B. was so friendly and courteous. It was the start of a"pamper myself" day and a great start at that. Thank you for making my day.

Romeo is great waiter. He is cheerful and efficient... Wonderful attitude.

Kristina is a server we always request. Kristina and Ryan in the South Salem store are two of the most customer service driven servers we have ever met. Yesterday, Kristina was our server and I ordered the TRIO, my 'go to'. Because I'm not eating sugar anymore I was not going to get my piece of pie. Kristina listened and recommended two sugar-less pies. I opted for the apple. Ooo so yummy. Thank you to Kristina for her help and SENSITIVE. She and Ryan are the reason we keep going back to this location. The down side to our visits is that the manager does not keep the pie display clean and pretty. I should not be surprised because she does not keep herself that way. There are always pie crumbs on the bottom, fingerprints all over and any decorations are crumpled and stained. It would be nice if they would keep the pie case fully stocked. Your FISH: Please bring back the old style fish. I don't like the greasiness to the "pub fish". The form meal was awesome. Thank you very much.

Waitress very friendly and accommodated my order of what I wanted. For example do not like the apple smoked bacon at all! Or the sausage, but everything else is great.
