We prefer the service here to any other Shari's! They are prompt, friendly, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Ryan was my server and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being pushy or hovering. He was a pleasure and I enjoyed my meal.

Waitress was friendly and answered questions with a smile. She even gave me 2 tea bags with my teapot of water. (Unless you are a tea drinker you don't know to use a fresh bag for each cup!). Cudos to her for picking up on that! Nothing worse than weak tea from using the same bag for a second cup! They wouldn't serve weak coffee for a second cup. Food was delicious as I've come to expect at Shari's.

Victoria knew just how to order what we wanted. I appreciate that she knew the menue so well. She anticipated our needs.
