Shari's

I generally enjoy going to Shari's. The food and prices are usually satisfactory, and my friends and family also like to go.

Karen was delightful and very knowledgeable. Helped us with an old item no longer on the new menu that we wish you would bring back and that is the Americana Salad.

Your potato salad leaves much to be desired: It has way too much mayonaise and is a tad mushy.

The team at Sharis is like a family they work hard smile and know how to treat thier customers!

My favorite breakfast was moved to the "Honored" menu and the waitress found it for me.

Staff was friendly and very efficient! My glass was never empty, Karen has been there for years and is still one of the most efficient waitresses anywhere in Salem. It amazes me how long she has been there and her service is always the same...the best!

Victoria was very helpful and explained the new menu and why my favorite American Chopped Salad was not on the menu. But it should be. The men's bathroom didn't have any towels to dry my hands. This should be addressed. We have been going to this Shari's for years, it is our favorite place to eat.

Karen is one of my favorite servers. Always pleasant and cheerful, she makes each visit a welcome respite.
