Very friendly folks, good food

I'm from out of town so I can't go back but I really liked it

We always enjoy going to Shari's. So much we had breakfast there two days in a row. Fast, friendly service and hearty food.

Portion size of chicken fried steak was small. staff member greeted us then waited on customers who were seated. Although I was only satisfied with my experience today, our waitress was accommodating with our special instructions.

The service was pretty slow, it seemed like they were short people. There was only 2/servers

Service is standard. You will have a hard time getting me to say highly satisfied. You were also extremely busy at the time. I believe your staff was doing their best to keep up.

I ordered a NW cheeseburger with no lettuce, tomatoes or pickles and asked to add bacon. They brought it out with lettuce and tomatoes and no bacon. I sent it back and asked for bacon and all they did was take off the lettuce and tomatoes. I didn't bother to ask for the bacon and wasn't charged for it. By the time I got my food, it was almost cold.

Not enough servers.

The young man at the front seating people was very unprofessionally dressed, his pants hung down around the middle of his bottom with his shirt unbutton at the bottom and his under ware was showing. People can wear what they want but it is a little tacky in the restaurant business to have your under ware showing when seating elderly people, I personally expect that out of younger people but it is disrespectful to the elderly.

I feel the food was not as good as it could be , this location was in salem and I live in McMinnville so it is most likely that if I go to a sharis restaurant in the next 30 days it will be more local rather than driving 20 miles to a different one
