It took a while for us to get menus. The waitress appeared to be overwhelmed because she was the only waitress, and cashier. She seemed unkept with her hair in her face.

I would rarely give highly satisfied rating

It was not a bad experience, we were seated reasonably fast. The server was courteous and took our order in a reasonable amount of time. Food was a little slow getting to the table maybe 20 min and it was a little cooler than I would prefer. A little slow but they were busy.

Your salads are surprisingly good but as a rule Shari’s is just ok food the coffee not very good

We were highly satisfied with some things. We weren't highly satisfied with other. Quiche was not what I expected.

We ordered prim rib. It was ok... Not very flavorful and a little tough. But it was ok.

There was a sink in the mend room that had an out of order sign on, I know these things happen, however the sign had been on the sink for several days. Seems to me that the management should have rectified this quickly, however there was another sink available.

Temperature in restaurant was chilly. Food not hot enough. Had to ask for coffee refills.

The host talked with ALL of the Tables around us, but DIDN'T take the time to talk with us ! She never looked at me and talked with the people on both sides and in front of us. The server was very busy, but did a good job . When paying the man had a lot of trouble putting in my Phone Number, when asked about the points / money on my account he told me that he was not sure. We hope that we are getting all of our points. thanks tom
