An early bird menu/options would be a great addition

Food was tasty especially the Turkey Special for $10.99; would like to try the Ham Special next time. My friend also her Turkey Special but we were both very disappointed to learn there is no Senior Discount. The explanation given was that points are given with your Shari's card (if you have one). It would take me a yr to get a $5 discount. Being a Wednesday as my friend went into the restuarant about 230pm. the free pie offer with entree isn't ofgiven til after 4pm. My suggustion is to loffered it if you ordered an entree Special during lunch hr. It makes for better "Customer Relations: & make customers happier. As a senior citizen of 80 on a fixed income budget who enjoys a nice meal at a restaurant i would think Shari;s would accommodate us better. Thank You for your consideration. I really wanted corned beef hash, or at least turkey bacon,

We were happy with our service and food.Some things were normal and typical, not a bad thing.The server was great.

The pancakes were too sweet (the batter)...didn't taste like yummy buttermilk pancakes. We waited to be seated while a waitress socialized with other customers (not really a problem, we were just hungry). The check out was much longer than expected.

We were ignored in the beginning and waited a very long time for our food once the waitress places the order. The restaurant wasn't even as busy as we'd seen it at times.

Servers were very friendly but extremely short staffed so it’s really hard to evaluate given the handicap under which they were working. Those who were there did the best they could under the circumstances.

I don't have friends. Not even on Facebook.

This has happened before and I would like to have my toast and hash browns with my omelet. They bring part of the meal and I wait for the rest to arrive before starting. By that time my omelet is not so hot.

Meal was not complete as ordered, i.e. hashbrowns were not included until complained about. Complementary cinnamon roll was dry.
