The food was not hot. The pancakes were over cooked and a little hard. The food took longer than usual to be delivered.

It took too long to be seated. There were plenty of open tables. Servers were complaining about getting written up just ten feet away from our booth.

I was satisfied just not Highly Satisfied and I still keep coming back so I don't think that is a bad thing.
