my husbands shrimp benedict was cold. when we told the waitress she apologized and said that they had a new hollandaise co2 dispenser that couldn't be heated, that the hollandaise was heated in a bowl of hot water.

I am very satisfied what's the difference

took to long wait time when i could see tables availble and food wait time from order was over 45 mins

I ordered the breakfast sampler which I always have and the pancakes were MUCH smaller and thinner than they were in the past. The eggs were slightly overcooked (which is definitely better than undercooked) and the stuffed hashbrowns were barely stuffed (they were that way the last time I had them...I probably won't order them again).

Waitress didn't check back regularly. I had to ask another wait staff to help me (more than once).

It could just be me since I am a person with renal failure (which can affect taste and smell to some degree) , but the oil you use for cooking has an unattractive smell..which I can smell outside when walking toward your restaurant and smell and taste in the the food. I do not have that problem at all restaurants (which could be explained by the use of different oils) and I do not have that problem with olive oil (which I use at home). Not sure what oil you use. The syrup you use for pancakes does not smell or taste great (rate as a 4 on a scale of 1-10). The link sausage also does not appeal to me...too fatty (rate as a 5 on a scale of 1-10). The hash browns would have been better if not for the oil (taste/smell) problem. Bacon was good. Fried eggs were good. Pancakes were good but would have been better with a different syrup.

The woman who seated us did not seem to be in a very good mood and was not courteous. It took quite sometime for our order to be taken and the restaurant was not busy. Our waitress was very friendly and had a nice disposition and our food came out in an appropriate amount of time, was hot and tasted great.

The men's urinal leaks water and all over floor. Other than that my experience was great
