I was with a group of four who requested separate checks -- the waitperson was OK with that ( believe me sometimes they are not )

This is not our regular Sharis..... this was Commercial and ours is Lancaster. One of my favorite meals is the steak salad..... the steak is ordered medium rare. When I have had it at the Lancaster Sharis it is very tender.... this was tough..... my dogs got most the steak as treats.... so it didn't go to waste. This Sharis was very busy so to complain is not my style. We had a guest with us so I didn't want to place a negative at the table.... My husband and guest enjoyed their meal.

We consider our local Shari's to be our local hangout and almost would be considered regulars there. We eat there several times every month. The staff are routinely friendly and skilled. On this particular occasion Jennifer was terrific. We had a great time with her and would hope she could be our server again. She was fun and engaging and all around helpful and enjoyable. We are enthusiastic in our praise for her. The lack of a Highly Satisfied rating has nothing to do with our interactions with her, instead it is a menu issue. Typically I always order the Spring Spinach Omelet, regardless of the time of day. This time though I wanted a burger but being a vegetarian was expecting to be able to order a veggie patty as I do at other places. Apparently though you have taken that off the menu as an available option. Which is very disappointing. What I did order was quite fine but not exactly what I was wanting that day. In other words, Keep Jennifer (Heck, giving her a raise would be okay with us) and Bring Back the Veggie Patty!

I was satisfied, which is a plus in current times. It is not a negative statement b eing satisfied. I consider that a very positive rating. I do however think the prices are too high. Almost 30.00 for lunch for 3 and one was a 5 year old.

Many different issues over all it was the best or worst visit. Not a memorable one either way

it was just okay.

Food was a little bland. Restaurant is a bit run down.

Karen is a very god and efficient waitress... And Erica is quick and attentive. The "atmosphere" problem is the growing number of homeless people that seem to be hanging out in the "Gaming Area". Several seem to live there.
