Some months ago, I completed a survey and mentioned the slowness in being seated while staff stood around and talked. Gave examples of my experience in the restaurant business. Since that time, I have noticed a huge change. Haven't seen anyone standing talking while customers wait. More than one person seats people. Big improvement. Wanted to share the positive as well as the negative.

The service was good and the food was good. Just kind of thought it was too much like a Denny's or IHOP.

OK, now is my time to let you know. I have always been upset about how my eggs are cooked. I hate the lace around the edges so tough that you have to use a knife to cut through it. The problem is the grill or pan they use is to hot and they try to cook the eggs to fast for the next order. The other problem is, you may think that you are saving a few pennies on the cost of the meal by serving the smaller eggs. However, if your customers are not satisfied and some don't come back because you serve such small eggs, you have lost a customer and they tell other people, and so it goes. Also, for a glass of milk the price is almost as much as the price of a full gallon of milk. OK that's it for this survey. Maybe more next time.

The servers may have been short-staffed but for a Friday night, the restaurant should be expected to be busy.

Unfortunately, Candy seemed a bit up and down as far as her mood and friendliness. She was nice sometimes, though.

My husband has Parkinson's. He uses a walker and he had to stand too long before being seated. Also, our seating was in the back of the restaurant next to the gambling machines which was not desirable.

In order to be "Highly" Satisfied I would expect to have something exceptional happen. This was a good experience but not exceptional. Why can't surveys be happy with good service & conditions & food? Not everything "just knocks my socks off" kinda good. If it did, there would be nothing to look forward to or be excited about when it happens.I thought my response was quite good & nothing negative about it at all.

this visit was a little slow with getting our drinks and placing our order. the waitress did not come back during the meal, we had to ask for more water and a to go box. the food was a little cold
