you charge way to much for your coffee

I altered my scrambled eggs to go from w/diced ham & cheese to remove the ham , my eggs came without the cheese and undercooked . I ordered crispy bacon but it came under cooked. I commented to the waitress but opted not to send my food back as I don't trust food aft r it is sent back . My waitress was great, though.

They were out of the pie I wanted and didn't even offer other options

This Shari's is in a great location and the staff is always very friendly and efficient.

The prime rib was ok. But the pie and staff were great.

the service was slow, doesnt know whats in the menu, didnt let us pay by our movile phone, cant split the total between parties

I had to wait too long to turn in my order. The food delivery took too long.
