It took forever to be seated. Staff just continued to do what they were doing and didn't even acknowledge that you were standing there waiting to be seated. Once seated my waitress was exceptional. Her name was Daphne. She was very prompt in taking my order. The waitress that seated me and took my drink order was very rude and just sit the drink down on the table and immediately walked away. If it wasn't for Daphne, I probably would not be returning to Shari's. She was great. The gentleman that checked me out was also very good. He was prompt in checking me out. I guess 2 staff out of 3 that were pleasant is alright.

Staff interaction, waitress knowledge and service were excellent. My husband's turkey dinner was very bland and tasteless.

They were very busy with a large party and it took 45 min.to get our food. we had a new waitress that seems too old for the job. she is very sweet but it makes you uncomfortable watching her try so hard.

The manager was very rude to the other employees in the store. She rolled her eyes at our waitress who was very nice. The hostess was gone a lot leaving a long waiting line and several people unhelped. I wanted to leave without paying. There were people waiting for their called in orders for over twenty minutes which slowed down us getting out food. And no one was answering the phone which rang forever. Again, our waitress was very nice, however the overall atmosphere was terrible. This is why I don't usually eat here. IHOP is much better.

Service and cleanliness have really gone down hill. Used to go to Shari's 2 to 3 times a month but we will no longer be eating at Shari's. Management is VERY Poor. Most of the wait staff that used to be there are gone. Believe problem stems from bad management.

on the e-mail I got from the comp. it stated 2 Valentines dinners for 29.95. My wife and I each had one. She asked for a baked potato with butter only and got sour cream on it. She had the prime and asked for it rare and it came out med. I ordered the turf and surf with skewered shrimp with steamed veggies. It was all good except the veggies luke warm at the most. When I paid the bill and looked at the receipt when I got home I noticed I was charged 31.42 for our 29.95 dinners. Thank you Jim Rodda

The service was slow. The coffee was cool, the waiter corrected when I informed him. There was no baked potato. Credit card response was too slow so I finally paid with cash.

It was 20 minutes to place our order after being seated. It took 35 minutes to receive part of our order. It took another 10 minutes to receive the rest of the order. No reason for this level of service. Another customer that was seated at the same time was finished their meal before we were served our food.

The waiter nor the manager were very accommodating as to other locations are willing to give the customer what they ask for. We asked for food not on the new menu and we were told they could not make any changes then the waiter ignored us for and it took 35 min before we got our food. I notic d others were getting there foods before us when they were seated after us. Will not ever go back to this location again.
