I had breakfast and enjoyed it...but my coffee ran Cold pretty quick... I waited for the waitress to return to check on our table but she never did. Almost done with my meal..my guest, got up took and got the attention so we could have some fresh hot coffee before our meal was finished. Just way too much time looking for assistance over cold coffee. Other than that..food was good, area was clean etc. Just would like to see the waiter/waitress pay more attention to their tables.

Asked for lemons for water they looked horrible. Sometimes on my sandwich there's pickles. I come here all the time and was informed there is not supposed too be. So that means the several times I have order my sandwich they have been making it wrong all this time. The cooks and staff need to be aware of how product is made. My tater tots where undercooked and we had also order chicken tenders and one chicken tender looked burnt. Only one. And the mozzarella cheese sticks where not hot it was like they sat to long cause the cheese in the middle wasn't soft and gooey and was hardening back up.

The girl that we got this time was the girl we try to advoid, because we never get good service and takes a long time to get anything. This time was better. The only reason i think it was is because of this. We ask for a certain person now but she wasn't there.

your servers have always been helpful and friendly-imagine my surprise when outside of the workplace i happened to met one of the servers i had seen in your establishment for many years tell me that the new manager had told her to go home as they did not need her for work that day unless she wanted to buss tables! which means no tips. Your previous two male managers have always been friendly and helpful, but the new female manager is quite unprofessional and does not represent your establishment in a appropriate manner. two new servers she has hired have both messed up my orders to the point i had nothing to eat while my friends dines on their food. whether this is a corporate change to get rid of good servers to pay less money for new servers--it stinks. get a better manager and try again.

Would like an option to purchase a single cup of coffee. When you don't was a full pot of coffee $2.49 for a single cup is too expensive. The pot is a great value when you want multiple cups, but that's not always the case.

I called to reserve two pies and was told they weren't reserving pies. So I drove to Shari's and upon entering immediately saw a sign that said to go to register #2 to pick up reserved pies. I asked about that and was told yes, they do reserve pies. Fortunately, the two I wanted they still had in stock. However, the sugar free berry pie she brought out in a box was crushed on top. I pointed that out and asked for a different one, and she brought me another one. She was very nice to deal with.

the server was very slow taking order and delivering it to the table. When we were finished eating I had to ask the manager for our bill so we could leave. I have had this young lady befor and I had the same problem.

It took over 30 min for order to be taken on a slow evening. food was sent back twice to fix problems. took over an hour just for my family with a toddler to receive food. never received coffee refills during the entire meal. Server didn't understand the menu and was not accurate and prompt.

It wasn't my first time at Sharis but this was a last time for a while. The employees were friendly but I think they were understaffed. We were seated in a decent time, got our drink and ordered ok but waited for out food for 40 minutes. We saw carry outs come and go. I don't think it is appropriate to have customers that are ordering in the restaurant to have them wait that long. We didn't enjoy food after that long wait. Like I mentioned before that staff was very friendly but ...... please figure out the problem or people like us won't come again

This site needed more help on the floor, one waitress and several guests to seat, get orders and serve. She was unable to check back with guests and do all necessary things. My oatmeal was served in a dish that was not suited for it along with being lukewarm
