I was very unhappy with the food. My husband order the nachos and they had hardly any cheese and more guacamole than chips. My daughters pancakes had hair in them. Instead of taking off the meal like most restaurants, the only option was to remake. Of course that meant even a longer wait again.

We were expecting a hot and tasteful dish. The omelet was overcooked on one side and the pancakes were also over cooked and dry.

We waited an unusually long time for our order (long enough that the people who came in right after us, had their food for a while and commented to us "wow, you don't have your food? You came in before us! We ordered basic menu items - a cuban sandwhich and an eggs, bacon, hashbrown breakfast combo. We were not far from the kitchen, heard when the breakfast order was ready but the waitress came back multiple times to say they were working on the cuban. By the time, they finally brought the food, the eggs and hashbrowns were lukewarm and the bacon was undercooked. Although, the waitress apologized at least 3 times for the long wait, she offered no explanation and never checked back to refill coffee or water or ask how the food was once it was delivered. Restaurant meals are few and far between for us as we live on a tight budget so this was especially disappointing. I do have to say that in December we were at a different Shari's and it was great so not sure why this experience was so different.

1.took to long to get seated, managers to busy to look at us, while more people came in behind, waitress finally had to set us. 2. ordered the T-bone steak , when it came , potato was hotter then the meat, meat was cool like it had been sitting cooked, plus meat was tough, and dry. 3. waitress never checked to see if we were good , and never offered to refill our pop, plus people sitting next to us were so noisy I almost got up and walked out, without paying but did not could not enjoy our meal very unhappy with this restaurant . 4.this has happened at this restaurant before will not be coming back,will go to outher one on lancaster

My server was very friendly just the food was horrible you were added to Bone steaks my fried chicken was so hard I couldn't even eat it my biscuit was hard as a rock

We went to eat there. When ready to leave, seen persons leaving nearby booth. Woman had a baby kitten in a cloth and was feeding it from a bottle. YES! A live kitten. Kittens are not service animals under ADA guidelines. The couple had been there longer then us. Had we seen the animal when we came in, we would have told management and then left and ate elsewhere. We had planned to purchase two pies on our leaving. As it was, we DID NOT purchase any other food. We told the person taking our payment who did not seem concerned, but said she would tell management. I and my wife tire of people abusing the restrictions and laws regards animals (NOT SERVICE ANIMALS) in business and food selling stores. If the store can't fix the problem, then Sharis or other store can do without my business, and I WILL pass the word about the potential cleanliness of the place.

We used to eat at Shari's a lot, however the last THREE visits, the service has been terrible. Each time I have had to go looking for a waitress to ask for more coffee, water, if they were going to take our order. I understand once this can happen, it happens everywhere but the last three times? I will be back possibly but not for awhile, will be going back to Denny's and Elmer's for a bit. the last time I ordered Biscuits and Gravy and asked for extra gravy, when it came out it had a fair amount on but not much and she said they are out of gravy and are making another batch. 9am and you run out of gravy? I never got any more and had to scrape the gravy off the 3rd biscuit to put it on the other two, it was still very dry. Like I said we used to eat here a lot check my accounts phone numbers are 702-755-3290 and 702-7455-4361 again my wife and myself are very disappointed, it will take a lot to win back our loyalty

It took over 10 minutes to get seated when there was no one else waiting and tables were available. It was at least 15-20 minutes more before we were able to get our order placed. It was at least 45 minutes more before we even got our meal. The six ounce sirloin steak was overcooked and about two ounces instead of six. I never got the coffee I ordered. At least the cafe was warm inside and the pie was good.

Our waitress was only able to bring one thing at a time & we had to ask for everything, sometimes twice for the same thing. Twice we got up: once to get coffee creamer & once for the condiments. When we first came in we asked to be seated in the area we could play Keno (Oregon Lottery) & three games passed before we were able to purchase Keno tickets. We came to the restaurant about 4:15 PM & the place was not busy at all because when we first sat down we were the only ones in the Lottery area. We usually get way better service & faster too! When we left we even had to go to the front counter just to get our bill.

Waitress was sitting on table, super slow getting ticket cashed, took about 10 minutes just to get coffee, no pleasant attitudes, no one checked to ask about refills, just not good customer service
