A new item had a VERY incomplete description of the ingredients and included one that I was allergic to and another that I don't eat by preference.

We ordered the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks. They were only lukewarm and the sauce was actually cold. Maybe it is suppose to be served with cold sauce, but we felt the product itself should have been hot. Our meal was good and the salad was great.

Order was not correct. My wife's food had peppers and onions on it that were not ordered because she does not like them. Then her eggs had a hair in them, very gross. She did receive more food that was correct, but by the time she got it I was done eating. I would think at the very least we would be offered a free drink or credit, but didn't even get a sorry for the gross hair in your food

Service has been continually slower and slower over the last year, so we have rarely visited. Today really reinforced our reason for not patronizing Shari's.....really, really slow service with only 25% full and then she got it wrong by giving my son a salad when he'd asked for soup and she was offhand about it - did not refill our drinks - we had to get up and find someone to give us refills......very disinterested staff.....really not worth returning for the incentive.....

By coincidence This was my 3rd visit and had the same Waitress. First time there was only one waitress and a hostess. So I understood. Second time there was more staff but my waitress seamed more interested in chatting with other staff. Was training someone. Not a problem there. Third time gave the table near more service but did not check with me on my needs. Took order, served it and gave me my check before I started eating. Never came back to check.

My wife is gluten free and your selections are not clearly marked. The new fried green tomato burger states it is dipped in corn meal, BUT does not mention it also has flour in it. She was totally disappointed and ended up ordering the summer salad.

1. It was Friday and the Clam Chowder was cool, not even warm. BUT: the dissatisfied factor, the potatoes were RAW. The server declared they were always that way in clam chowder! we asked will you please mention this to the cook? so he can cook till done? Answer: NO! 2. The pecan pie was NOT heated as we asked upon ordering it.

Firstly the server was quite rude when we asked to order desserts. The kitchen was severely back logged and our food took a long time to arrive. Additionally, I ended up with food poisoning afterwards which I suspect the kitchen back log and the rush happening there may have been a cause. Perhaps hygiene was slipping in the haste to get did prepared?

cold food coming your way

My father and I have not been to Sharis in 2 years. It did not appear to be busy so we decided to treat ourselves to a good breakfast. We were seated quickly, and the waitress was pleasant. Our order took 25 minutes to arrive. Our food was barely warm, and what made it worse was when my father poured cold gravy on his skillet meat lovers dish. I took a bite of the gravy before pouring it on my hashbrowns and it was cold....not even slightly warm. We couldn't find the waitress because she was the only one on staff. She finally came around when we were on the last few bites and asked how the food was. I complained about the gravy being cold and the main dish was barely warm when we took our first bite. Do you have any idea how awful cold meat and eggs with cold gravy tastes, in addition, I had the Eggs Benedict and it tastes a lot better when its hot! We both agreed that the cost is not worth the food. The waitress did give us a cold food comp of $1.58. What a joke. Not her fault, she was running around....and the food sat in the window for far too long.
