1 We waited so long to be seated, the woman behind us got in front of us to get her take out. 2 dirty, filthy grimy seat (booth) cover (at the top by heads) and unclean table 3 s l o w. . . "service", slow food and no refills ever offered 4 was told when seated, that due to water issues in Salem they were offering bottled water or can soft drinks. I ordered a Pepsi and so did my sister. Waitress brought fountain sodas that not only were almost flat, but we were also charged for them. I asked about it at the counter when paying and was told they offered bottled water, not soft drinks due to water problem. Not what I heard from the wait staff that (FINALLY) took us to a booth. 5 We stopped at Taco Bell first, but due to the water issue, thought we would go to a "better" restaurant. Boy, were we wrong 6 Sad, because I really like the Shari's in Corvallis, OR

had very bad service had to wait for a couple of other customers were seated even though they came in after me and when she came back she waited on another customer before she got to me.

Over an hour to get over cooked food, cold veggies. Almost left and went somewhere else it took so long. My eight year old was starving 1.5 hours of my life wasted. Could have made dinner at home quicker.

had 4 adults and baby was seated at booth for 4 and not given a booster or high chair. I asked and young man with very curly long hair that whipped it around in our face, handed us a booster seat. Seat was sticky and so was table. When I mentioned it, they moved us to another table. There was white whipping cream on the seatback and that table was sticky too. I tracked down a waitress and she said she would be with me shortly. After 5 minutes, my husband went into the bathroom and got a wet towel. There is not enough staff at the noon hour and people taking money are also serving. The man with the long hair should be wearing a net or be made to cut it. He plays with his hair too much to be waiting tables. Service very slow. Provide more workers or lose more patrons. We have eaten there very often and taken family there. This was our last visit. Terribly disappointed and embarrassed that I had suggested we eat there.

Manager directed us to a very small table which my husband being 6’6 could swing around easy to get into the seat and I have a sore leg so we asked if it was possible to sit at a table with chairs as there was some vacant and the manager didn’t say anything just snapped up the menus and when she turned quickly around she bumped into my husband didn’t apologize and went to table. We had to past the front doors and we nearly just left because of her attitude. When she slammed down the menus she mumbled we don’t have a host tonight and left. In my early life I worked in a restaurant and know the work is had and stressful at times. But seriously this manager just is in the wrong position. She has the wrong demeanor to be a manager. I watched her throughout our visit she was rude to her staff and just no customer service skills at all. We have lived in this area for 20 years and have never experienced such a rude manager at Shari’s ever. We won’t be back while she is there. Just not worth it. I do hope you look into this complaint.

I ordered a Tuscan Chicken salad with dressing on the side and any herbs added to be on the side and a order of fries and a ice tea with lemon. My salad was covered in dressing and about 1/3 of the salad was croutons whole and crumbs of the croutons. I had to pick through my salad and move the croutons and crumbs over to the side. My fries were forgotten and then they brought them to me cold not even warm. My husband ordered a Strawberry waffle 2 eggs over medium and bacon cooked crisp and a chocolate milk shake. The eggs were under cooked and barely warm. He got the chocolate milk shake, but it tasted funny almost like the glass and metal cup did not get rinsed very well and still had soap on them. We let the team member know and they said they would make another one and took that one. He did not get his new milk shake until just before we got our food, which was way too long to wait for food about 45-50 minutes. The team member said they would take the milk shake off the bill because they forgto to make another one and bring it. We thanked them. Never did have anyone check on us or refill my ice tea then we had to wait a while for our bill. Mr. Steve Selid & Mrs. Jaime Selid

Seated at a table right at the entrance of a cold door . when asked to be moved we were seated at the Kino entrance. The waitress had horrible body functions and very spactist. After waiting forever for our food we had to go find her to see what was wrong as we had to go to work. She disappeared and finally our food arrived. The roast beef was horrible and extra dry with very little sauce. The chicken fried steak was mostly breading. A very poor value. Your not so good coffee is extremely over priced. ELIMINATE THE MENU AND STICK TO PIES WHICH YOU DO WELL. You might also want to look at your hiring practices.

This Shari's is not pleasing. The place needs to be gutted and rebuild. It's just plain filthy. Carpet is bad, booths are dirty, work station is filthy. Waiters need a good clean up. Food was cold & then reheated. Very distasteful.

My eggs were underdone so i sent them back and the edges were hard. When i took a bite the eggs were still clear and runny not to mention cold! Made me sick to my stomach!

I was seated fairly soon and then ignored for an excessive time. Then a waitress came by and said she was not my waitress but would take my order. I asked about the soup and she did not know, however went to the kitchen and found out what it was, so I ordered the butternut squash soup, which was terrible and I could not eat it. The french dip sandwitch was OK. After finishing my lunch no one came with the bill so I got up, she noticed me getting up and brought the bill. I stood in line at the cashier station with several others for a long time and finally someone came and took our money. This is the second such experience I have had at this restaurant and thought I would give it another try, big mistake! I also eat at the other Sheri's in south Salem and never had an experience like this one.
