My ranch burger was raw

Bacon was black and cold. KIDS meal cheeseburgers were raw inside. They brought back microwaved ones and I had a bite. They were awful. Waiter never checked on us. I had to flag him down both times I mentioned the errors, first being he didn't bring syrup and my kids waited another 5 minutes to eat their pancakes before one of them went to find him. Bathroom was also filthy!

Not enough wait staff for the amount of customers present. When my wife asked for dairy free creamer for her coffee, was told they don't carry it. We have had dairy free creamer at this Shari's before. We sat for close to 15 minutes before our order was taken and then another 15 to 20 minutes before our granddaughters pancakes arrived by itself. Then another few minutes before mine and my wifes orders had been delivered to our table. We usually eat at this Shari's and it just doesn't seem the same over the past 6 months or so. With other visits to this Shari's after work in the morning, I would stop by and there was only 1 server on duty and it took awhile to get seated and order taken. But this visit just tells me that there is something wrong at a place that I have gone to for the past 7 years.

First of all, my soup was cold. The second bowl was better. My baked potato wouldn't even melt the butter and my steak was under cooked. The outside was browned but the middle was still red all the way through and I ordered it medium well. Never were we asked to refill our drinks.

We had a great server, friendly and very professional. We were a party of 7 adults and 9 children. The majority of our meals were burnt...steak bitter taste, omelets burnt, mind you a omelet burnt and turned over with the burnt side at the bottom...hamburger patties burnt... Not a good cook!!!!!!

Twenty five minutes to serve a meal on a quiet day? Not acceptable! Hollandaise sauce made with fake food? Awful! We won't return.

I was satisfied although my husband soup was not very hot.

2 out three meals cold, long wait to get in, rude or kurt attitude by receptionist. long wait to recieve cold food coffee very cool, and stains on container, floor dirty menu's sticky red stuff on them. waiter did apoligize and offered to get hotter food ( but after almost an hour why should I have to wait longer). My money can be be spent elsewhere.

I don't normally go to Shari's because the service is too inconsistent and I got tired of spending $50 per visit for poor service. This is the first time I've gone back in a couple years. Poor service - slow to wait on us and slow to get us our food. I ordered a hamburger to go and made it very clear I wanted it plain. It came with pickles, onions, lettuce you name it. When I told Ryan the server, he argued with me - saying I didn't order it that way. I told him I did and again he argued with me. I paid the bill and spoke to the Mgr on duty - he didn't offer me anything and said he would talk to Ryan, but I wouldn't bet on it. Why would a server argue with the customer? I will never be back and I hope someone does something about this RUDE server. I've been in retail over 40 years, I guess that's why rudeness bothers me so much. No excuse for this.

Ordered decaf coffee she brought itbright away however the coffee was luke warm so i told the waitress and she said she'd make more. She came to my table twice with no coffee said it must have got dumped out and she was making more. Got my food and surprise that was cold as well!!! Eating the bacon cold made me feel like i was eating straight lard. Going out to eat was supposed to be a treat but instead it sucked!! Never again with Shari's much rather go to a smaller restaurant that cares.
