Three weeks ago service was very slow. Two weeks ago they were out of stoganoff and slow service. Today, we waited to long for our food to be ordered. Then the food took for ever to get there. The salad was served, then the food came two minutes later. It did not give me any time to eat my salad. After the food was served server never came back to our table. We were never offered water. We had to beg someone else to get our free pie and she was very unfriendly, no smile. After paying the bill she never even thanked us. There were a lot of people piled up at the door.

didnt get our whole order. we caught it as we checked out. country gravey was the thinnest ive ever had. wont be back unless you send me a coupon and i would give it another try.

The seats were sticky and very dirty, I had to go to the restroom to clean my leg from sticky seats as well as wanting to take a shower as soon as I get home. This is something that should not be tolerated (sticky disgusting seats)

LIED TOO BY SERVER AT ANOTHER SHARIS IN OLYMPIA WA ABOUT COST OF SUBSITUTE ITEM. LEFT ASKED TO LEAVE BY MANAGER. STILL OWED $3.95 PLUS TAXAS. WE ARE REGULARS AT SHARIS BUT I AM SURE FOR HOW MUCH LONGER. WB SIMS

The food was burnt it was cold it did not tast good there was no flaver at all how do u over cook bacon the chef needs to go to cooking school it was nasty and burnt

Server showed up after a long time with food that was cold that should be hot, cold that should be warm. Major feature items (avacado) missing (they were out) but didn't ask if we woukd like to change order. Server comped coffee. Should have offered us a free meal or a pie since there was not one right thing about it

First off the Mgr. Was very friendly to me. I recoeved my food the manager says "save room for pie" , I sure will I said , I was hoping to get a refill on my soda no one came to me the waitresses walked right pass me for 13 minutes passed by that time I was ready finished my meal and at least ready for pie, No waitress no pie , heck no check.people beside me got asked , you want pie, Not me though, very disappointed . I explain to the checkout waitress at the cashier , she apologized but then hands me a bill that was for $23.88 ,my total was only $7.38. I had to explain it to her I then go talk to the manager which once again was friendly apologizes but nothing!, not even "Hey how about a piece of pie for all your trouble?" NOTHING, APOLOGIZE don't mean much when you don't try to rectiffy the situation. Oh by that he way I counted maybe 5 tables being waited on, so no excuse for being too busy?

This was the worst service I have ever had at a Shari's restaurant. No server came by to take my order. After sitting for approximately 15 minutes, the manager asked if I had been helped. When I said "no," he promptly took my order. He took care of me the rest of the time between his other duties. He had put the server's name on the check, which I wished he did not because the manager deserved the tip, not the actual server. Additionally, today was Pie Day was not offered a slice. By this time, I just wanted my check and to get out versus making an issue because I knew it would take another 30 minutes to get resolved.

We are regular Shari's customers and this was by far the worst service we have experienced. The waitress was rude. She kept interrupting when I was asking my grandson what he wanted to drink. The steaks were very overcooked. Too tough to cut even after we asked for steak knives. My grandson had the breakfast standard which was so cold the butter wouldn't even melt on the French toast. There was myself, my husband and my grandson at the restaurant and the waitress asked if we wanted separate checks. Asking two adults and a child if they wanted separate checks?? The waitress also didn't offer any refills until we had the check in our hand and getting up from the table. At this Shari's (on Commerical Street in South Salem#202) the service and food during the morning and at lunch time is awesome. However, when you go in the evening it is getting worse every time. Yes it was Father's Day but we were seated immediately with our choice of seating. The restaurant was pretty empty.

Samantha was our waitress and took our order, but then she never brought our food or checked in on us. We could see her walking around the restaurant. Don't know what she was doing. It took a long time to get our food. We saw our food sitting at the cooks station. Finally, another waiter brought our food to us. By then, it was cold and the pancakes were burnt. We had to go get our own ketchup and more cream for our coffee. No one helped us or asked how we were doing. No one checked on us at all. We never received our check and had to go to the register. Terrible service!!!! This Shari's needs some serious help. We will not be going back to this restaurant. We were regular customers here, but not now. Sad how it has gone downhill.
