Shari's

Sara was great!!! She created a fun atmosphere. I will definitely be returning within the next week!

Because we always have a nice table with a pleasant waitress. The food is good and service in good time. They even give us a special side if we ask.

It was a great meal!

We have had HORRIBLE experiences in the past at Red Robin. On this visit to Shari's, our waitress was VERY friendly and made our dining experience for our son's 13th Birthday a real treat! She was polite, attentive and willing to help make our birthday dinner visit special for our son. After our meal, I made a point of telling her in person how great of a job she was doing and how much we really appreciated it. I strongly believe in tipping according to performance. On this visit I tipped the largest I have in probably 21 year.

orders were taken right away and serves was quick. Racheal made sure our drinks were filled up. She also checked on us several times.

I love your pie!

Excellent food and a good experience except that it took too long to place our order, especially considering that there were very few people in the restaurant. Also, we waited for the check which never came, so went to the cash register where the manager looked up the order. We just sort of felt forgotten after receiving our food. We are accustomed to better service at Shari's.
