Waitress wasn't very friendly to start with. It got better.

It was good! But I won't go again soon because I'm from Texas.

It was bomb

We had several people waiting on us I guess our waiter was on a break or shift was over they were out of the kind of pies we wanted (which our kids were disapponted)

the facility needs an up grade

I have been going to this Shair's location since it opened over 40 years ago. For the most part I have no problem with your food, service, etc.

Real good food

The manager of this Shari's in Sherwood, OR is so disorganized. There were empty tables but he made us sit and wait and then when seated it took a long time to get water and order. It is always this way at Shari's but the food is good.

The coffee and food could have been warmer. Didn't see the waitress very much.

Waitress forgot drink order, did not advise correctly on menu items and had to come back and apologize.
