Shari's

Good food, good staff service but every time we go in to Shari's it takes at least 20 minutes to get the food even when not busy.

coffee was not hot, even coffee in a carafe, all Shari's need a hostess to seat and cashier. Waitresses work very hard and have to act as hostesses also.

breakfast prices to high for weekly visit

I was satisfied, it is hard now a days to be highly satisfied with anything, but we do like the Sharis expierence

Our food was missing a couple of things.

Server was not super attentive until I was ready to pay the check. No stop by to ask how everything was, etc. and seemed annoyed that I had been on a phone call after I was seated.

Never saw the wait person after placing order. No drink refills, had to shout to get someone to deliver our pre ordered dessert. Had to flag down someone to get our check.

We went in before 9 to have breakfast but what we used to order off the early morning breakfast special list was removed some time ago. This was after many previous visits. we ordered the same anyway and although we paid a very full price the portion was similar to the previously available special priced offering. With a tip our breakfast for two was almost $30.00. In the past we have eaten at this Sharis as many as 3-4 times a week and generally at least once a week but not any more.... with the menu changes and price increases we are more likely to go in once a month. After yesterdays $30.00 meal I think we go in even less. There are plenty of options near by all serving comparable or better food.

Shari's has taken away the Veggie Burgers. We have always in the past been able to order any of the burgers and substitute it with a Veggie patty and it was always yummy and very helpful to Vegetarians! Please bring them back! You are ignoring Vegetarians who love your burgers!

My experience with Sharis at another time, about six months ago wasn't too good, but I see it has change. I am Satisfied but not highly satisfied with any fast food restaurants of any kind.
