WHAT DID YOU DO WITH OUR FAVORITE "POTATO SOUP". ITS BEEN AROUND FOR MANY YEARS AND NOW WE ONLY GET IT ONCE A WEEK?

THE SMORES PIE SHAKE NEEDS TO BE CHUNKIER, LIKE THE GOOD 'OLE DAYS. I CANNOT JUSTIFY BUYING THIS AGAIN AT A HIGHER PRICE WITHOUT GETTING CHUNKS OF MARSHALLOW AND STUFF IN THERE. THAT IS WHAT SETS IT APART FROM THE OTHER PIE SHAKES AND MAKES IT GODLY.

I am very unhappy that Sharis is changing it's present day menu which I love. All the good items such as the American Chopped salad, the Lunch Trio, the platter style breakfast and the Porchetta Street Sandwich are being pulled from the current menu. The new menu is bare bones. Your company has taken all these good items in addition to others I did not mention, and replaced them with nothing. Why should my family and I want to continue dining somewhere I loyally did dine at least one to two times per week.

Table had sticky stuff on surface. Waitress forgot one of the ordered drinks. Didn't refill water glasses. The food was good. Didn't ask if separate checks were needed so had to do that while we waited. At check out seemed like we were taking up too much of her time. Didn't ask if we had a Shari's card so didn't get to use those. Did not give me a receipt copy, said she did but I didn't take it. She then pulled out one from the garbage and gave it to me. When I got home it wasn't even my receipt. The receipt copy(even though it wasn't mine) was such a blurred mess could barely even read what it said. Don't even know if I typed in correct 16 digit number as it was barely readable. The people that I was with and I have been going to Sherwood Shari's since it was built in the late 70's. The service over time has declined.

There are never any problems things are always handled professionally.

I ordered a spring ouellette. The avocados didn't look that green and the tomatoes didn't look that red. Just looked a little bland. I don't think there is such a thing as a good tasting tomatoe anymore but they do add texture.

We we told our Server we were ready to order she kind of snapped at us and told us she would be with us soon. In the mean time she was talking to the other server and not her people she was to wait on. In the end she did ok. I had to get back to work so did not have much time to eat.

Nothing negative about the experience. I dine out a couple times a month. I have ate at high end restaurants and places I would never eat again. Shari's is a good place to eat and get consistently decent and reliable food. A good place to meet and discuss business in a quiet environment. That is what I expected so I am pleased with my dining experience, I didn't expect to get outstanding food or service.

I was satisfied. I don't know why it's saying I wasn't.

The food was good except for the mashed potatoes which were as I described other that all was great. Some of the best service I have ever seen anywhere. When sharis first opened I went twice a week but it turned bad years later and I have just recently started to go back with others and I am happily surprised. I will continue to go if things stay as good as they are now.
