I have had excellent service and food in the past but this visit was a disaster. No help with menu was given. My Granddaughter's clam chowder was cold. The waitress left us and said that another would be over to help us. We received only 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich as we did not understand that with pie that is all you get. They reluctantly brought a second 1/2. My Grand son's Breakfast sampler was much less than usual and had no sausage. The bacon was thin crispy with I prefer, but he was not asked if he wanted sausage or bacon. Then My Granddaughter went to the counter to ask for her pie and a second waitress came and hit her water glass across the table into her lap with ice water everywhere. No satisfaction from staff about the accident. We left dissatisfied, and my Granddaughter's clothing was cold and wet. Anne J. Poe

My sons eggs were scrapped from the bottom of the pan. He didn't eat because his meal wasn't good. It took 45 minutes just to place the order. The server was friendly but no one cared that my son didn't like his food. They didn't try to rectify it in any way.

Came in to have lunch. After being seated promptly by someone in training, it took 10 minutes for our server to take our order, and another 25 minutes to receive our food. there were five occupied tables in the restaurant and we ordered simple breakfast (should not have taken that long). while waiting on our food, we witnessed the cook in the back eating her lunch while preparing our food (clear health code violation). the server was not very attentive, did not check back with us until bringing our check. When we went up to the cashier to pay, we had to wait for another 3-4 minutes for a man in a blue shirt (manager I'm assuming? he wasn't wearing a name tag) to come ring us up. This is the second poor experience I've had at this specific Shari's and probably won't be back. Unfortunate to be stressed out while trying to relax on my lunch break.

I order a soup salmon (special of fridays). There was no salmon and the flavor mediocre at best.

This was by far the dirtiest Sharis I have ever been to. The restaurant floors were dirty, the windows were smeared. The women's bathroom was as bad as a backroad gas station bathroom. The vent was plugged up with dust bunnies. The light fixture had water stains. The floor had dirt and grime piles on the corners. The base boards had not been touched. Considering the was it looked on the public side, I was very concerned abt the kitchen side. I ordered very carefully

I experienced a very rude employee named Jeff. He seemed to be having a bad day or something. He acted like we hadn't been standing there 15 minutes and just walked up and started taking who ever he wanted instead of who was next in line. And then when I told him we were in line he was further put off by it like he knew best. Very very disrespectful in words and his facial expressions. On the flip side Shane was doing a fantastic job before and after Jeff left the register. He had a wonderful system and was courteous. Just what I expect from someone. To act professional.

My husband ordered a double cheeseburger with extra bacon no onion, his burger came with onion , regulars amount of bacon , the server took it back when it came back it had no onion and not the extra bacon, the waitress again took care of it was 2 more slices of bacon were given the onion had only been taken off the burger and given back , by this time atleast 20 min had gone by his fries were cold , also we ordered 2 Pepsi 1 no ice 1light ice , when they came they both had ice more then 1/2 way up the glass , the refill was no better both came with no ice ... the manager fixed the problem by taking my husbands Meal off the ticket she was very sweet and we are very satisfied , we come to this location regularly hopefully this doesn’t happen again

I built my own sampler with two fries one mozzarella stick in one onion ring, however I received chicken strips instead of onion rings. When I received my receipt, it was $21. cashier handed me my receipt to sign and it was $27. I asked why was it more, he said that I was charged the sample platter plus an order of onion rings however that did not show on the receipt that I handed him and I was confused where the $6 came out of nowhere. I explain to him what happene. He then said that he can do me a favor basically by going head and just removing that onion ring charge. That's not a favor considering they were charging me for something I didn't order and I should never have been charged that in the first place. So they said I would not be charged the $27 and I'll only pay the 21. Well within 5 minutes of leaving I got a message on my phone that I was charged $27. They never corrected it and charged me the wrong amount. This is the first time I've wrote a bad review about a restaurant and it's all from something that could have been resolved very easily. I've never been so frustrated from a service like I was on tonight service. I plan on contacting the location tomorrow

When we arrived we stood at the door for a least three-four minutes and the servers actually looked at us and never said anything. Then Ashley (not the correct spelling) she had a green shirt on (training) and she sat us. You could tell she was not even interested. She takes our drink order and never comes back. When we sat there for six minutes the server came to us Angela and asked us if we had been helped. She took our order and then went to get our drinks. When Ashley was asked she said ooops I forget. Then we did get our drinks and a short time later received our salads and they were warm. I had finished my soda and I had to get up and asked the manager on duty (did not see a name tag) and told him that our experience has been awful. His response to me was that it was chaotic and he went to get my soda and that was it. REALLY he is a manager. Servers were not so busy that you could hear about there personal life and also watch them check their phones. Then our dinner comes and I ask for ketchup. She does not bring it to me I have to get up again and go get it myself out of the server station. (Around the coffee area) We had to get our own to go boxes
