My personal taste is for "real butter", not whipped yellow stuff. The server, Molly,wzs fantastic. We will for sure ask for her in the future. Keep this gal. Er

Valentine's Dinner deal. Husband had the surf and turf and I had the prime rib. Husband said his meal was mediocre at best. My prime rib was way overcooked despite asking for as rare as they would allow. The baked potato was actually under-cooked and slightly crunchy in parts. No other vegetables with the meal? I wish this had been stated on the holiday flyer. This was by far the worst meal I have ever paid for in my life.

Our server Tamara was rude, never asked us what drinks we wanted, roller her eyes at us, told us that we couldn't have Dutch brothers coffee inside sharis and made us throw our drinks away and we saw an older customoer who had Dutch and wasn't told to throw it away and when we confronted her about it she said she tried not to make it a habit for the young ones (we're 20) . Tammy didn't seem friendly or like she wanted our business and our meals were abnormally small for what they cost.

I honestly do not mean to be difficult but one of the tables was being loud and obnoxious and I wanted to leave immediately. Upon trying to pay I was trying to use my code that earns me rewards and a discount. The lady was not sure what it was and neither was the manager on duty so I just paid because I was already upset. I did not understand because I have been to this Shari's and never had an issue using a short code before. I will not be going back to this Shari's for some time. I appreciate the chance to voice my concern. Please note that the staff was very pleasant but didn't notice my complete discomfort at the entire situation at the table next to me.

We asked for water and did not get it. We asked for water again, and it took the waitress 10 minutes. It was not busy. She walked past our table a few times without even looking at as, and then dropped the water off without a word. She seemed very unpleasant. She didnt ask about our food, and our food was burnt like crazy.
