Servers and host are very nice

I ordered take out, my food was exactly the way I ordered it. I was impressed on how Kim packed my order , I ordered fruit and Kim made sure my fruit was not in with the hot food. I asked to get silverware and Kim had packed me everything I needed with a few extras, such as a hand wipe and a Sharis mint, very impressed.

Kim is a great server. We were there during peak hours, pretty busy, but Kim made sure we were taken care of the whole time.

Satisfied with everything per usual but every time it has taken a long time to get our food after we order. There does not seem to be enough staff to accommodate the customers. We have been in there when it was not busy and it was still slow.

We go to the Sherwood Shari's a couple of times a month on Friday nights. We always have Tanya as our server and she is pretty much the main reason we keep going there instead of somewhere else. She is always friendly and attentive, treats our children with kindness and patience, and makes our dining experience extra fun.

As always, the staff were friendly,attentive and on their toes to make the visit pleasant and a good experience.

Our server Kim was the best, every part of our food order was just as we ordered was correct. The food was hot and very good. Very happy bunch of people working, all smiles!!

We love the kind hearted people that work at our Sharis in Sherwood. Melissa treats us like family and the mgr Jeff calls us by our first names and doesn't have to ask us what we drink. When there is a new menu item they always tell us first! We love the special treatment we get from the staff at Sherwood!
