Service was very slow. The waitress was kind and was trying hard. But we spent about 1.5 hours there. I say over an hour was spent waiting to place our order, waiting for drinks and our food

Ordered herd crusted pork loin. It was microwaved (seemed nearly fully cooked from that alone) and lightly seared afterwards. Was rubbery, tasted like freezer burned and microwaved meat, barely had any herbs/spices on it, and was lackluster. The potatoes were good. The soup was just not as good as it was in the past. It had a completely different flavor and was far worse off for it. If it was half the price it was, it might've been fine. But the cost for a cup or bowel of soup and than to get that was just sad. No point in re-ordering it until it's fixed.

The taste of the pancakes. Omelet did not have very much meat.

The carpet cleaning was very unpleasant. Understanding it is open 24 hrs. But it made the visit less appealing. Along with the long wait to have the order taken even before people who arrived after our group.

We weren't treated as "wanted" customers. We were passed off ro another server who was very busy, & we were only being helped as she could get to us. We usually have prompt, excellent service but today was just an off day

Seems the staff at front and in house are disconnected somewhat. Between being seated and when service appears. Both locations suffer from this. Um the coffee has a strange fake sugar after taste like splenda. I use normal sugar and cream. Might be your brew, but in 4 times in 2 months this has happened. Notice staff rounds are sparse almost like instinctdrives their check up pattern.

Although they were busy, I was disappointed that my order was not complete and I needed to ask for the missing item from my plate/bowl. It was a simple mistake but one that I did not think should have happened based on the frequency of the times I have ordered this meal in the past.

I felt the food had set under a heat lamp longer than it should have. It was not as warm/hot as I have experienced in the past.
