Gina teachers awesome customer service to all her co workers. She's the best. She fixes any problems and makes them right. She keeps the place running and in good order.

Our server, Lana, was excellent. As usual the food well cooked and attractively presented. The coffee is the best in The Dalles. We always look forward to eating at Shari's.

Sara & Julie are the best servers this restaurant has so why does Sara get the short end of the number of hours she is scheduled to work. It is always a pleasure to have her as our waitress

We like the menue and we always know the food the service is good. The other thing that impresses me is the help doesn't change and they have great attitudes.

We love Shari's and go to breakfast there at least once or twice a week. Our usual waiter is "Julie" and she's very attentive, always upbeat and friendly and alerts us if the kitchen happens to be unusually busy and there is any delay in getting our food. We appreciate this kind of great service.
