Adam provided outstanding service. Food was just what we ordered, no issues. Another issue, however; very poor signage from the North side of the restaurant. Improve brand awareness and you will double your business!!

Maresa is amazing! Always so upbeat and happy. She makes me laugh.

First of all, I am extremely unhappy that Corporate has taken the strawberry crepes from your menu. So, I tried your new strawberry pancake..very dissatisfied. A pancake is not a satisfactory vehicle for a crepe. It was too big, heavy, lacked a good portion of filling. Will never order it again. Please consider returning the real crepe back on your menu. Secondly, Corporate has also decided to take the Loaded Baked Potato Soup off the menu as a daily food item and can only get this soup on Mondays. Many people are also dissatisfied with this decision also. I have enjoyed going to Sharis in The Dalles, OR...it is not the restaurant that I'm dissatisfied with, it is the Corporates' bad menu decisions.

Kasey was amazing and friendly and always checked on me took good care of me!

We were greeted like old friends. Our server Sarah was very friendly, greeting us with a big smile. Sarah was attentive and brought us an accurate order including no butter on my pancakes as requested.

It always is a pleasure to eat at Shari's for we are greeted with friendliness and good food. The service is great and if we ask questions they always are ready to help us. As I said great service and great food. Thanks.
