12:15AM. We're both tired, groggy, and HUNGRY. We were greeted by our server, Sebastian, and taken to our seats. He asked us for our choice of drink, and promptly returned with out beverages, with a smile. He gave us a few minutes to look over the menu as he went around to help the two other customers, and his calm demeanor really set the tone of the restaurant. They had a trainee working that night as the cook, so it had taken a bit longer than we both would've preferred. However, our minds were instantly changed as soon as our food arrived. The French fries were piping hot, and cooked to a very perfect golden-brown color, with just enough crunch and not too much softness. My god, I could attest in court that those were the best French fries that have ever graced my gullet. Then there was this delicious, mouth watering prime rib dip on the side. The beef was cut just right, thin lengthy slices of delicious beef. I'd be hard-pressed to believe that this prime rib wasn't prepared by Gordon Ramsay, because... Man, it was picture perfect.

Our server was very fabulous!!

Our server Adam went out of his way to bring crackers for our kids while we waited and was on top of everything without having to be asked.
