The staff was super friendly and inviting. The food was perfect. The restaurant looked brand-new even though it's over 10years old according to staff.

Nice, friendly staff, who sincerely asked about our food and it's quality. My wife's steak was "perfect." She commented twice on how well it was prepared and how tender it was. My country fried steak and pancakes was very good. Of all the Shari's we go to (we travel a lot) the one here in The Dalles is our favorite. I look forward to coming here when we are in the area.

This location is clean and fairly newer than the "old" one in Hood River.....Remodel it will you??? We arrived in the Dalles location and were promptly greeted and Seated by Maresa. She is an absolute pleasure with such a great personality and attitude towards her customers and job. She is very attentive and efficient in her job. Maresa was also our server and did and outstanding job in taking care of our elderly parents and us as well.....She is a keeper. She should be one of your top paid servers...if not you will lose her. I had a staff of 110 employees and often would give the performers more pay to keep them....in the long run it was cheaper than spending additional dollars on training newbies when veterans leave for more pay!! Anyways sorry for the rant.....Maresa should be compensated at the highest level! Thanks Maresa you are awesome !

Death before decaff!!!!!

The waitress was very friendly in a unique way. Service was quick, which was good because I had an hour to get in and out before I had to go to work. I was told about a coupon that I wouldn't have known about otherwise.

The restaurant is clean They get my drink right away and keep it filled The food is always good, just the coffee is a bit to strong

My server Tisha is always the best. On nights I come here and she's not here almost every time my experience is less than. Satisfying. I have been forgotten about entirely, my order wrong and no check up. However when Tisha is working my order is never wrong and even when shes crazy busy she remembers us and checks on us.

Everything was OK except the service of getting our food is always slow--over 20-30 min. It seems they do not have enough waitresses for the business at hand.

We were certainly satisfied with our waitress.She suggested some of the lunch items that we might like,even let us taste a little of the days special soup.She was very efficient and friendly.

The food was very good and Chantel was very nice. Great late night place to grab a bite.
