Shari's

Previously ordered chicken caesar, dressing on the side. This time I was informed the dressing is already tossed on the salad, premade. I did not question, just ordered something else but seems premade caesar with dressing already on is not the way to go.

The restaurant was short staffed. This is a common problem. Our initial server Julie is always great. But when she got pulled off to other customers, her replacement was not friendly and frankly didn't seem to care if she was there or not. Her body language and expressions were of boredom. My friend stated that she was on her lunch break and we asked them to serve her first. Instead we didn't get our food until 40 minutes later after she complained. Yes, we were a party of 6. But we thought it was clear that Samantha had to be back at work. She had to scarf down her food, and take half of it back to work, and was late. The server also forgot another friends' lunch completely. A bowl of butternut squash soup.

Just not the restaurant it was a few years ago. Have been to Sharis in another franchise which was all around a much better restaurant. Food quality speed of service

The food and atmospher were average for a restaurant of this class. What made the experience satisfactory was my server, Kelly. She was exceptional and made the experience delightful.

My highly satisfied rating would be when I dine at a more exclusive restaurant with quiet, adult atmosphere and menu options not usually found at chain restaurants, with superb, immediate service and great food.

Portion size, especially when there was suppose to have hash browns under the meat omelet. We are traveling back to ND but certainly will eat at a Shari's when we're back in the area.

I personally don't say highly satisfied unless I am and feel there isn't a lot of room for improvement. So if I'm satisfied it's good

the carrots in the pot roast dinner were like rubber and there were way too many onions

Burger was over cooked. Drink order taken twice by two different servers. Water refills did not occur during our visit. The temperature in the restaurant was a bit too cold.
