Shari's

Food should not be cold. If it hadn't been for Kasey we would have walked out before eating. She took care of the situation by directing the cook to redo it after we voiced our displeasure....not something we wanted to do

Took longer than usual to get our food and there wasn't very many customers. I had to ask for a glass of ice because the glass of water that was given to us when we first sat down only had a few ice cubes in it. I ordered ice water. Also no one ever came back to refill water.

The portion size was only half of what I expected it would be. Other than that, I enjoyed my (very late) dinner.

Sharis is a good place for a quick lunch, but for Highly satisfied rating I would choose a more upscale (however, pricier than Sharis) establishment. Overall Sharis is usually our choice when we need a quick stop for quick lunch or breakfast when traveling or in town for errands.

Only one waitress at that time. Cook was also cashier. Hash browns needed to cook longer.

The salad didn't come before the meal

I Order my steak rare, and it didn't come to me as rare. Often times, I don't have the time to send it back. Its a common occurrence. It's random when it comes out not rare.

Salad greens were limp and not tasty. Tomato was mushy. Greens were in big chunks.

Everything was very good. We go to this Shari's about once a week. So maybe I am just used to it. I was Satisfied with everything - they are a bit short handed and I did have to wait to be checked out and I did have to wait a bit to get a refill on my soda. But that is not a big deal, I was still satisfied with the food, friendly help and atmosphere.

Pie was frozen like it had just come out of a freezer. Not typical of my other experiences at this Shari's. Hash brown portion seemed small for the price. Will not purchase again.
