I come in here quite a bit in the staff very friendly and when you drive truck that's a must.

Served by trainee who had not been thoroughly instructed in menu, nor was being carefully supervised.

We were very pleased with the staff and the care that they took to serve us. Very pleasant and prompt. The food was somewhat disappointing. We were expecting fresher fish. The fish was rather bland and oily. The pies were great as usual. We do not usually get the fish, but wanted to try something different. Probably will not do that again. Sorry to hear that you no longer carry a veggie burger. But will continue to come for the pies.

Bought a Pie as we were leaving ,, Didn't realize it was Very little filling and Mostly WIPED CREAM ,, WHAT A RIP OFF ...

My wife found out her favorite item "Loaded baked potato" soup is no longer a daily choice but only certain days. Her comment to me was well I guess we won't be coming here any more.I hope you get your act together soon for I like to dine at Shari's.

Adam did a fine job of taking care of me once he learned I was there. The rest of the crew seemed scattered. I do not live in this town. Have visited this Sharis one other time and felt unattended to. I was seated, my drink arrived immediately, then I was not sure who was taking care of me until Adam came to take my order. After that, he checked on me as needed. Another waitress asked if I needed anything else after my food arrived. I asked for mustard and catsup, and shr then went to take care of another table. I waited to begin eating, as I wanted the mustard. Adam checked on me, and he brought the condiment basket. It seemed as though the others "said the correct things", but we're totally uninterested in what they were doing.

The food was good but it took a while for my hamburger to be done.Everything else was great! I think the best part is that you get a free milk shake when purchasing any cheeseburger on Monday!

While we had a a party of 8, the wait staff was professional and courteous. The food however, was bland, barely warm and looked as though it was just thrown together.

One of the salads our group ordered appeared to be not fresh; it was wilted and brown.
