Shari's

An employee was vacuuming next to our table...wasn't the first time and it is a bit annoying.

Not that big a deal it's just that my hash browns needed to be fried more to make them brown, mine were white and not fried enough

Taste was bland, and waitress got our orders mixed up.

I have noted a frequent problem lately at all Shari's, so I am lead to believe it may be a corporate directive. They are usually understaffed and service suffers. I have already cut back on my visits and may eventually discontinue.

Restroom dirty blood on toilet toilet paper empty and on ground.

Was disappointed with the food... The portions were not very big for the price and the taste was not great. However, our server was very friendly and the food came out very quick.

Everything was clean and the waitresses awesome. Bathroom was immaculately clean with the exception of the baby diaper changing station which was filthy. I was glad I had extra wipes to clean it prior to use. The baby wipe came off very grey after wiping down just the changing surface. Food was good. Kid's were happy with their meals. Had a little bit of leftovers to take home.

I ordered the pulled pork nachos they were terrible they were overcooked being microwaved just not good quality food

This particular Sheri is extremely understaffed. I often come on my lunch break which ranges from noon on Saturday to 4 during the weekdays and each time I come in it's a gamble to get back to work on time. On this particular Saturday at noon we had a table full of people but one in particular that expressed to her waitress that she was on her lunch break and it was okay with everybody else to wait but she needed to go on time. I felt that this particular waitress did her best considering it seemed to me that she was the only one waiting on tables in the whole restaurant. plus I only ordered a bowl of soup and a drink that was it and I waited over 35 minutes to receive that and it was not hot. Again I really don't blame it on Shari's / say it's just the fact that they are very understaffed at this particular restaurant.
