The waitress was very customer focused. We understood that it was a holiday and she was doing the best she could. 354454 Bridget clearly likes People and made us feel like we were her guests. She clearly demonstrated a service before self attitude which made up for the fact that it took a while to get our Lunch prepared.

We arrived after lunch with our 92 year old parents and were promptly seated. Our server Maresa greeted us with a Hello and a Bright cheery smile that made us feel so welcome. She was VERY at-tentative to our table and provided outstanding service during our entire meal. She was very outgoing and provided some of the best service we can remember engaging in conversation as well as doing her job to the highest of standards. Folks, I managed a staff of 120 and if I were not retired I would steal her from you and offer her much more money than she may be getting there.......She is worth every penny you are paying her and then some!! She is a Keeper!! Please give her a raise or some sort of recognition as she deserves it !! Thanks Maresa for a Job WELL DONE !!

Had a large group. Staff was very accommodating in getting tables together and set-up. Quick with taking our food orders and getting served!! Kudos to all.

Because we had Julie for a waitress. To be honest if she was to go someplace else to work there would be a lot of disappointed customers. She is friendly, thoughtful in helping with the order and service with a smile. Doesn't matter who she is waiting on, she does an excellent job in representing what Shari's should be about. She should be in a trainee position!

I was helped quickly, treated nicely, food was hot and tasty and accurate to what I ordered

When I asked the server if the Caesar dressing was on the side, she replied "It could be." This was in opposition to the previous visit when I asked for dressing on the side and that server told me "sorry, it's already premixed." so I chose a different item. My brain tells me the dressing could not be already on the romaine because that would make the salad soggy and very unappealing. Perhaps the previous server was unaware that she could have ordered as I requested.

My waitress Lana was an absolute dream! She told me a hilarious joke, had a smile the entire time, and even asked how my food was without my mouth being full! She is a keeper for sure and the stuffed Hashbrowns are to die for!
