When I arrived I explained when I was seated the I was on my lunch hour and could I order right away. This has been done in the past with no problem, they took my order and brought my drink. Then 40 minutes later and still no food. I when up to the floor manager and explained that i had to leave for work soon and still didnt have any food he said hed look into it and had the food at my table in 5 minutes with no explanation or apology for the long delay. I asked for a box to go since I knew I couldn't eat it in the time I had left. It was delicious but I'll avoid coming back on my lunch break from now on.

the crust on the quiche was very tough could not cut with fork and it was dry....ask for warm pie and it was cold.

2burgers were very much cooked dry, no flavor. Onion rings over cooked and cool. Time between ordering and receiving was vedy long for not being busy

If we had not been on a short lunch break it would have been no problem but my guest had to go to the desk and explain that she had to get back to work soon. Our server graciously apologized and explained that they were short handed in the kitchen that day. Lana also was very accommodating with my request for a substitution in my menu selection that allowed me to eat gluten free.

Our waitress seemed very put out having to serve us and take our orders. It was just awkward to ask for anything because she acted mad we wanted anything

It took a little longer to be seated than normal, and the waitress was not a very good waitress, seems like she had something else going instead of serving me. I asked for a refill on my Pepsi and I had to ask another waitress to refill my drink for me because the first waitressed did not bring it to me.

Mostly already stated the food was expensive for what you got. We left hungry. The food was tasteless. Oh and your sign for "unlimited berries" was nothing more than deception - bait and switch

Server was preoccupied with something besides the patrons. Not at all attentive to us. Never received our check

The Dalles Sharie's has slow service, always has. I have eaten at other Shari's and have had very good service. For some reason they always seem short handed and slower then your other locations.

I ordered the chicken fried steak dinner. When it arrived at my table the mashed potatoes were ice cold and the vegetables were barely warm. The steak was fine but I was very disappointed with the rest of the plate I could even eat the mashed potatoes they were that cold in the middle.
