Julie the waitress was great, very friendly and apologetic. Not her fault she didnt cook my order. When I showed her my eggs were over cooked she did offer to bring me fresh eggs. I was very hungry and choose not to wait, only eating one egg. Paid for a meal I was not happy with, but the service was great!

I have been here for quite a while like 2 hrs waiting on a friend it took me over 5 min to get my drink and come to find out the girl was went on her break was here earlier between shift change also

There was a problem of some kind in the kitchen. We were not told what it was. The manager did come out and apologize, but it took about 45 minutes to get our food. Also, our server mixed our mimosas rather than leaving us the split of champagne and letting us do it ourselves. I believe the wait person to whom I mentioned this was going to instruct the new person how to do it. We each had biscuits and gravy with our meal as opposed to toast or pancakes, and the gravy was cold and there was very little of it. We were brought more, however, upon request.

When we arrived we heard be with you shortly and then waited 3 to 5 min. Only one waitress working. Saw to other off duty waitresses there for a meal of their own. On duty waitress said everybody else was in a meeting. Other customers were asking where their food. left out items in the order and did not look like what was on the menu. Only one cook and long wait time for order to be filled

The triple lunch order was quiche, soup, and pie. I ordered loaded potato, later told there was none. the quiche plate arrived with a slice of quiche at one end and one-half slice of pineapple and a chunk of cantaloupe at the other end, no garnishment.The portions looked like one-half of a child's serving. The Cuban sandwich was small,but looked even smaller at its end of the plate, while the twelve(12) tater-tots looked distant at the other end of the plate, again no garnishment, just individual small portions sitting at opposites end of the plate with a large empty space in between.

Our meal was served COLD! Our server suggested she have a new meal be prepared which we did and that meal was greasy! Our server did her job very well but the kitchen staff needed to be trained or something because they sent out very poor quality food. We chose a cinnamon roll from entering a previous survey and that roll must have been at least a week old! We do not get to eat out very often and it is a treat for us to do so but we were very disappointed with the poor quality of the food served. This store can not remain in business in a small town if it continues to serve their customers poor quality food.

One should not have to wait 35 minutes to have our order taken and the food to come.

It was not the servers fault, she was great. But my hamburger was VERY over-cooked, and the bun it was served on was hard as a rock. Plus, I specifically told her no onions as well. It came with very few tator tots that were over done as well.

Had to ask for condiments, asked for silverware did not receive , never received dinner roll even though tneil said twice that she didnt bring it, slow service, floor in main restaurant dirty, womens bathroom trash overflowing, mens bathroom floor, urinal, countertop dirty, garbage overflowing.

I ordered soup with my meal and it was warm. I had just started my soup and my meal arrived. Pushed my soup aside so I could enjoy my meal hot. But this was also Luke warm. I normally have great meals here but today was not a good experience. It is Memorial day and I am alone. Thought I would treat myself out to a good meal. I will try coming back again. Thank you .
